Yes, it can be used for more than just images. Learning machine learning in general is a good place to start, then move on to TensorFlow. Models built in TensorFlow(or Caffe) can be run on the Movidius NSC.
It would be nice if Movidius provided a SD Card image. I plan to put one together:
It's frustrating because I build up a number bits of advice, but I don't know exactly…
@kalkrishnan I currently have everything working on the RPi except the USB webcam. I am also getting the wrong results for tensorflow/mobilenets, but this is on the PC as well.
I did notice incorrect results on the RPi for inception_v1-4 from using…
You need hub or extension cables because you can only physically plug one NSC into the RPi.
No data, but I do have https://github.com/movidius/ncappzoo/tree/master/apps/MultiStick_GoogLeNet running on the RPi using 2 NCS sticks.
It does stutter a …
I think most will people feel like a newbie, as the workshop topic is fusion of skills from many different domains. Heck, computer vision alone is frustrating because there are so many specialized domains. I find it interesting that there are 3-4 bi…
I am looking to do small part sorting. Here is a current rig of mine:
I ordered 3. Getting a speed using LeNet will be my first task. Working on the RPi will be next.
I might do a workshop/meetup on them in the Chicago area.
